Buying Guide
Key Purchase Considerations
- Sleep position and loft: Higher lofts typically suit side sleepers; lower lofts may work better for back or stomach sleepers. Adjustable loft helps tailor height to your neck and spine alignment.
- Fill type and adjustability: Shredded memory foam offers flexibility and airflow; ensure the pillow allows easy fill adjustments to reach your preferred firmness.
- Cooling features: Look for cooling fabrics, gel-infused foam, or breathable covers to minimize heat buildup, especially for hot sleepers.
- Cover material and care: Removable, washable covers simplify maintenance; bamboo or rayon blends often offer softness and breathability.
- Allergen considerations and certifications: CertiPUR-US certification or similar assurances indicate foam safety and low emissions.
- Size and packaging: Queen-size is common; consider 2-pack options for replacement flexibility or shared bedding needs.
- Durability and return policies: Check how fill composition holds up after repeated washing and whether the seller offers a comfortable return window.
